What a great 2013 we have had with our wonderful Shih Tzu's. finishing the year off with NO.1 Shih Tzu In Australia with CH.PLACKY OH SO DREAMY AKA PANZI. AND NO.2 PUPPY SHIH TZU IN AUSTRALIA, NO.1 IN NEW SOUTH WALES WITH PLACKY IM JUST DIVINE AKA YESIMO.

What a great weekend at Condobolin Shows, CC winning 2 BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP, and my young dog Leon winning RUNNER UP BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP behind CC. 2 Placky Shih Tzu's winning Best in and Runner Up. And we also had great company Heather, Justine, Shannon, Simone and Sarah. Except for the mice who were enjoying our campsite.
Placky Shih Tzu's is going strong in 2011, with 3 Australian champions in 2 months. Also CC (Aust.Ch.Placky Im Just So It) and with her handler Sarah Plackett winning 5 BEST EXHIBITS IN GROUP in the last 6 weeks. We are very proud of our daughter Sarah who is only 15 years old.

Congrats to Vinnie (Placky To Fast To Furious) & Jenni, on Vinnie's Best of Breed wins over the weekend with Panel of International Judges. Vinnie is taking after his Mother's footprints. Vinnie has only just came out of Baby Dog Class and has already won 3 Best of Breeds.
We at Placky's welcome Denzel's (Chrys-Haefen Man On Fire) first litter, 2 Stunning Gold and Whites and 1 pure black.
What a great easter break, Its been great having Caroline and Luna (Standard Poodle) staying at Placky's, so funny watching a STD Poodle running around with the Shih Tzu's.
Also been great having Josh Grant stay as well, Full house at Placky's but its been great fun.
I've also had a great time going to all the breed specialty show's, Great Danes, Keeshonds and all Poodles, plenty of critiques written and meeting some wonderful people from all different states.

Placky's have been approached by Dogs Life Magazine to do a photo shoot with Gypsy's puppies for front Cover page for May 2010 issue. Just like their mum who was in Marie Clair 2008.
Lara (Ch.Placky In Your Dreams) has returned back to Placky's to continue her show career in NSW, keep a eye on this girl she will be a force to be reckon with. Thank you Lisa for doing a wonderful job with Lara.

Lisa is now looking forward too showing a puppy bitch Placky Oh So Beautiful (Lily) from Grand.Ch.Placky Oh So Gorgeous (Gypsy) and Chrys-Haefen Sweet PB Cups (Reese) Import from Canada.

Congrats also to Lara and Lise winning Best Puppy in Show, Lara is now halfway to her Australian Champion Title, a great achievement for Lara who has been only with Lise for the past 5 weeks.
I have passed my Non Sporting Group Exam, Next year in February 2010 will commence Trainee Judges Program for Non Sporting Group.
Gypsy decided today was the day to welp her babies, Gypsy and all 5 babies all healthy, 2 boys and 3 girls. and a big thank you to my husband who did a really wonderful job welping Gypsy's babies.

Aust.Ch.Placky Im Just It (Cameo) winning BEST IN SHOW under Breed Specialist Mrs Sally Vilas from USA at the SHIH TZU CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW IN VICTORIA and also Aust.Ch.Placky Inthe Nick Oftime (Nicholas) winning RESERVE CHALLANGE DOG, and also to Sarah's young girl Placky In Your Dreams (Lara) who has only now started her show career at the age of 10 months winning JUNIOR IN SHOW, Lara is now in the capable hands of Lise and I wish them both great success.
The awaited arrival litter of puppies of Reese and Faith are now here, 1 Male and 2 Females Born on the 10/09/09. Faith has produced a litter of pups on the same day 4 years ago, which produced Gypsy (Aust.Gr.Ch.Placky Oh So Gorgeous).

Placky Shih Tzu's have had a another wonderful year at Sydney Royal Show 2009. Winning Best Puppy in Non Sporting Group, With Placky Inthe Nick Oftime (Nicholas). 2 years in a row Placky Shih tzu's have won Best Puppy in Non Sporting Group, Last year it was Aust.Ch.Placky Guns N Roses (Rose). A great achievement with all our homebred dogs.
Nicholas (Placky Inthe Nick Oftime) at the age of Nine months has already achieved enough points to be a Australian Champion.
Rose and Bacci have returned back home to their Mum (Lise), also with baby Millie going to start her show career with Lise. Glad to hear you had a wonderful trip to Spain. It was a joy having Rose and Bacci here with us.

Gypsy always gives me 110% in the ring, just loves too strut her stuff.
At the show, Marketing and Public Relations Committee of Dogs NSW (Christmas Show) Gypsy was in the ring for Best in Show at 2am in the morning and never blinked a eye.
And I also like to thank the judges, Ms Andrea Roth (NSW) and Mr T Horchner (VIC).
My trip to Indonesia, was a great experience with my wonderful family (La' Verne Shih Tzu's).

Well done to Gypsy in a 1 week gap, Gypsy wins Runner-Up Best in Show and 2 Best in Groups and 2 Intermediate in show.
Congratulations to Annmarie, who has also titled her dog, Placky Top Gun.
Well done to Annie & Elvis who produced 3 out of 4 Champions out of 1 litter.
And of course well done to Brooke, Kahn and Maverick.
Kahn has also gained his Australian Championship Title at 13 months old, Kahn is the litter brother of Brooke.
Brooke has now gained her Australian Champion Title at 13 months old.
What a great 3 days of showing in Gunnedah, Myself and a good friend of mine Angie who shows Keeshond's decided to go to the country and just relax and enjoy showing the dogs, 5 days we were gone. 1st day of showing it rain all day, 2nd day of showing and we were really playing in the mud and so were the dogs, Angie had mud on her head to toe, her shoes were stuck in the mud and we could'nt stop laughing. 3rd day of showing and we actually got to see the sun.
I got Best of Breed 3 days straight with Gypsy and 2 Runner-up in Groups, so I was very happy with the results for the weekend. And thankyou to the Judges who had gave me wonderful comments on how Gypsy was correct type with a beautiful chrysnthemum-like face.
Angie also had a good weekend, winning 3rd, 1st and 1st 3 days straight in s/stakes with her baby Keeshond and baby in group 3 days straight, also with her older dog (Bart) who won Runner-up Best in Group on our 1st day and 3 days of Junior in Group so she also had a good weekend.

We at Placky Shih Tzu's welcome our first litter from our import (Reese), Ally whelped 3 Boys and 3 Girls and all are healthy, a couple of the pups are Red and White like their father.

Our dogs are doing very well in the show ring. Getting Best In Shows, Runner-Up in shows, Classess in shows, Best in Groups and Runner-Up in Groups.
Also thankyou to Jenni Williams who is campaigning Placky Never Say Cant, Who has won Baby in Groups and Runner-Up Best In Group from Minor Class, with a hugh entry of 126 dogs in Non Sporting, and Minor in Show.
Thankyou to my daughter Sarah who is campaigning her first Shih Tzu, Placky Ive Got Mums Gun, taking out Minor in Show at Albury and Reserve Challenge and Minor in Show at the November 06 Shih Tzu Specialty. well done Sarah.

We are now on our way with future kids from our import (Reese) which has been mated to 2 of our girls at home. Chanwan Ally Mcbeal and Placky Annie getyour gun.
